I will never eat here again.. ever. The restaurant, that I could see from 2 drive through windows, was filthy. Stuff all over the floors. Staff weren't wearing hairnets and I tried to tell myself it would be okay. Then I got a hair in my chicken sandwich. So now I feel like throwing up. So much for lunch. On top of that , I ordered from the app and I ordered a carmel frappe with an extra shot of expresso. I got to the window and the person at the window told me that I could not get the frappe. He made no move to call anyone or to refund my money. I had to pitch a fit because they wanted to send me to the next window without refunding my money or offering me another drink. The manager walked up and I was told they were out of espresso, they were out of chocolate sauce, and they were not able to make my frappe because the machine was not up and working. Every time I have been to this McDonald's they have never had frappes available...not one single time! They didn't even say they were sorry. I complained that they never have frappe available and the manager lady literally said oh well. When I got my food the fries were cold. My sandwich was luke warm and hardly had any lettuce on it. I'm tired of frustrating visits here when I asked about the shamrock shakes they had advertised they said they were out. I'm not sure how this place makes any money!! My order# was 41. They have the rudest staff, worst service, and worst food ever! Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere!
