This inspection was done with a foodborne illness report. Double cheeseburger sandwich possible source of foodborne illness. From the truck to the grill the hamburgers of frozen, and then cooked to 165 degrees and hot holder at 135 degrees.

    Observation: Surfaces of the ice handle was in contact with potentially hazardous food items ice that were observed soiled with accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface of ice bin at any time when contamination may have occurred, at least every 24 hours, before restocking the consumer self-service equipment/utensils, or per manufacturer specifications.
