| The inspection was conducted at the Cinco de Mayo outdoor event. The meal was catered and being served on the patio outside the premises in hot and cold holding units served. The hamburgers and hot dogs were cooked on the grill outside. Employees observed washing hands,wearing gloves and hair restraints during inspection.
