Food items inside of refrigeration units were properly date marked and labeled. All areas, including the kitchen, dining area, storage area, and rest rooms are well kept. The owner has been given information about certified food manager classes, food handler classes, reporting policies, date marking, consumer advisories, food storage, internal cooking temperatures, and using time as a public health control.

    Observation: Employees or applicants are not aware of the reporting procedures concerning information about their health as they relate to the symptoms caused by illness, infection, or other source that is associated with an acute gastrointestinal illness or a lesion.
