Lunch is received between 11:45 am - 12 noon. EHS reviewed temperature logs. EHS provided manager with updated Employee Health handouts in English, Spanish and Thai for future use. | The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine inspection. This is a serving kitchen only, immediately adjacent to the main kitchen (inspected under separate permit)where the food is prepared. Food is transported to the serving area, typically at a minimum T of 155-160 degrees F per PIC, then immediately served. PIC volunteered that food would not be allowed to reach a temperature less than 135 degrees F during the immediate service. Leftover food is discarded, and soiled utensils are returned to the main kitchen for washing/rinsing/sanitizing. Food not being served at the time of inspection.
