| This visit was made to conduct a pre-opening inspection. Small ware items have all been installed with the exception of the cappuccino machine which is to be installed tomorrow (on legs). All items from previous pre-opening inspection have been addressed and corrected. Tentative open date set for 6/8/15. | This visit was made to conduct a pre-opening inspection. The following items require attention and will be checking during the last pre-opening inspection scheduled for June 4th at 3:00pm: 1) Install small items (waffle makers, coffee machines, drying rack above 3-compartment sink, etc). 2) Seal/caulk around hand sinks and around piping running from walk-in freezer.
