  • Handwashing Sink / Used for Hand Wash Only (corrected on site)
    Observation: The handwashing station located in the back kitchen is being used as a dump station (ice cream in sink basin).
    Correction: A hand washing sink may not be used for purposes other than hand washing. Corrected by discussing with owner/Certified Food Manager proper use of hand sinks.
