| complainant claims to have found pieces of wire scrub pad in 2 pieces of chicken purchased on 1/26 at 3:10 PM. Manager on duty Walter Runion was aware of the complaint. Wire scrub pads are not used in the store and after reviewing the handling procedure for breading chicken I did not see a possible source for the type of foriegn objects described.
