    Observation: Premises are not being routinely inspected for evidence of pests. Several bugs were seen in the kitchen area on the center island and around the stove.
    Correction: Inspect premises on routine basis for the evidence of pests. Insects and other pests are capable of transmitting disease to man by contaminating food and food-contact surfaces.
    ** Only a licensed pest control operator can treat for pests in and around the facility. Pest control solutions cannot be administered by non-licensed persons and such solutions cannot be stored in the facility. **
