Mobile unit not in use. No foods held at time of visit. Mobile trailer with roof, walls, and floor. All surfaces smooth, durable and can be cleaned. Fresh and waste water tank okay. Fresh water form town. Waste water disposed in town sewer. Lights are adequate. Hot water available. Power source is generator or hook up to a supply. Hood vent operational. Windows are screened to stop pest.

    Observation: The water heater / boiler serving the food service establishment is no longer operable.
    Correction: Replace the water heater as soon as possilbe.

    Observation: No hot water available to the handwashing sink due to broken water pump.
    Correction: Make necessary adjustments to valves and lines serving the handsink to provide water of at least 100°F to allow more effective removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.
