Continue to monitor and record temperatures on daily log. Manager is considering selling ice cream/ purchasing equipment for frozen ice cream. Will contact manager back after talking with my supervisor about equipment.

Refrigeration checked during inspection was holding at proper temp. Product checked during inspection was holding at proper temperatures. Food temperature log given to owner to maintain daily temp log. Facility recommended for permit. Once processing of application and permit fee is complete, the food permit will be issued.
