| The purpose of this visit is to conduct a routine inspection. Employee health policy in place. Manager demonstrated considerable knowledge of food safety. Logs are maintained of equipment temperatures and receip logs for the catered food. Food is received at approximately 11:30 am from the approved supplier. In addition, this facility has installed a self closer device on the bathroom door, has a covered trash receptacle in the bathrooms and has fully stocked handsinks with papertowels and handsoap. The facility has a dishmachine which will be used only for washing employee utensils. Thank you. If you have any questions, please call the health department. | PREOPERATIONAL FINAL INSPECTION 1. Install a self-close device on one rest room door. 2. Provide covered trsh receptacles at rest rooms. 3. Install soap and paper towel dispensers at hand washing sink. *Food will be prepared elsewhere, transported (hot or cold) to the facility in bulk containers and served. No food preparation and no ware washing on site. *Approval for a Health Department Permit is hereby granted. This inspection report shall serve as your permit until official permit is delivered to you. No equipment changes / replacements / additions are allowed without approval by Health Department.
