Ready-to-eat meals are prepared on site, frozen and delivered upon request. The kitchen will only be used periodically when more meals are needed. A cooler with ice packs is used for the transportation of the foods for one location to another. The kitchen is leased from Early Catering Company and Ms Epperson was given permission to use any equipment available for preparing the meals. Educational materials were provided during this inspection. The owner will contact our office when foods are being prepared so an inspection can be conducted at least once very 6 months.

Owner is knowledgeable on food safety risk factors, employee health and has previous food service experience. Owner will be using equipment and utensils available on site for preparing and cooling foods. Foods will be packaged on site and held under refrigeration until sold.
