There were no previous open hazards to follow up on. EHS discussed with person in charge (PIC) the upcoming change to the food regulations that will require an individual on staff in a manager or supervisory position to be certified in food safety. The PIC said she is currently ServSafe certified and will provide her certificate number and expiration date to the EHS in the next couple of days. EHS also explained the change that will result in cut greens being considered Time and Temperature Control for Food Safety (TCS) food items. The sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink was 150 ppm (acceptable range is 150-400 ppm). Test strips were used appropriately to determine sanitizer strength. PIC well versed in food safety practices.
