Observation: The handwashing facility located at the kitchen is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing. ( used to drain fruit)
Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the food preventing its use. Use only for hand washing.

Observation: Chlorine sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration. Final rinse sink drain stopper leaking and step skipped.
Correction: Adjust the chlorine sanitizing solution to a level of at least 50 to 100 parts per million at final rinse. Stopper found and to be put in use.

Observation: Cups were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.
