Observation: Kitchen refridgerator was overstocked and is not sufficient in number or capacity to meet the food storage demands of the establishment.
Correction: Provide additional coolers necessary to maintain food items at less that 41 degrees. Overstocked equipment does not allow for proper air circulation and/or heat transfer. Improper food storage temperatures are a major contributing factor to foodborne illness.

Correction: Install an approved backflow prevention device or alter the length of the hose to provide the necessary separation between the water supply and the flood rim level of the sink basin. The minimum allowable separation distance must be at least 2x the diameter of the water supply inlet and at least 1 inch.
