Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (corrected on site) Observation: Milk cold holding at improper temperatures in two door unde rcounter refrigerator. Food was out of temperature less than four hours.
Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.
Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory (corrected on site) Observation: The handwashing facility had coffee tubs in the sink and was blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.
Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the tubs preventing its use.

Routine
Generally, facility found to be clean and well ordered. Staff knowledgeable about employee health policy.3-compartment sink set up properly to ensure food contact surfaces such as pitchers and utensils are are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized every 4 hours. Also replace cream pitchers every 4 hours.. No violation noted during this evaluation.
