If unable to repair the Cooler, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. Work order has been issued and OUT OF ORDER SIGNS POSTED on Unit.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of grime and debris on the following food contact surfaces: Cookline/Grill (Deep Grillline freezer interior cavity-not clean).
    Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.Freezer pulled to clean, while on site.).

    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the deep fryer floor area has accumulations of grease, grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Observation: Wall covering in Break area not finished and sealed, which is not attached so it is easily cleanable.(Broken Tiles)
    Correction: Attach wall covering so it is easily cleanable.Install and finish off wall tile, to be smooth and cleanable.

    Observation: Light bulb in walkin freezer not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistent.(Light sield broken/cracked).

    Observation: Less than 10 foot candles of light was noted in the walkin freezer.

    Observation: Unlabeled food containers.(Squeeze Bottles and all food holding containers(Breading,Flour).
    Correction: Label working containers with the common name of its contents. Food containers shall be labeled in a language that is understood by the regulatory authority and by the employee. Consumers may be allergic to certain foods or ingredients. The mistaken use of an ingredient when the consumer has requested that it not be used may result in severe medical consequences. Liquid foods and granular foods may resemble cleaning compounds. The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning.

    Observation: Observed a hose attached to a faucet fixture. The hose extended below the flood rim level of the sink basin.(Mopsink Area)
    Correction: Install an approved backflow prevention device or alter the length of the hose to provide the necessary separation between the water supply and the flood rim level of the sink basin. The minimum allowable separation distance must be at least 2x the diameter of the water supply inlet and at least 1 inch.

If unable to repair the strainer, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.Strainer volunitarly discarded.
