This inspection involved observing the cleanup carried out following a fire in a single piece of equipment.:
The fire was confined to the hamburger conveyor. A handheld extinguisher was used to extinguish the flames. The grease in the fryers, all food in the involved area, and unprotected single service items were disposed of properly. All equipment has been thoroughly cleaned and there was no apparent reason why the facility should not reopen.

No violation noted during this evaluation.
