    Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the food deliveries preventing its use.

    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory.
    Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials

    Observation: Scrambled eggs(44-46F) were left out at room temperature and are at improper temperatures,
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.
  • Critical: Sanitizer - Criteria/Chemicals for food contact* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Quatenary ammonium sanitizer(>500 ppm) was being applied to food contact surfaces at too high a concentration and does not meet the requirements of 40 CFR 180.940
    Correction: Utilize only Quatenary ammonium sanitizer that meet the requirements of 40 CFR 180.940 when applying to food contact surfaces-200 ppm.
