The above items have not been corrected. The breakfast food in the large cooler in kitchen is not being maintained at 41 degrees or less. The amount of food in the cooler is very limited but it must still be maintained at 41 degrees or less. The correct labeling of chemical bottles needs to be corrected to help prevent food contact surfaces from being contaminated by chemicals that are not approved to be used on food contact surfaces. This could lead to cross contamination. A follow-up inspection will be conducted.

Make sure the spray bottles are labeled correctly so that staff knows what is in the bottle to help prevent chemicals from getting into food. A follow-up inspection will be conducted next week.
