    Observation: Sour cream and sliced cheese cold holding at improper temperatures. Observed sour cream at 50 degrees F and sliced cheese at 47 degrees F in the glass front Pepsi reach in. PIC placed in another reach in and make service call.
    Correction: Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
