All dishes are run through the hi-temperature dish machine. 3-vat sink is set up as needed with quaternary ammonia as the sanitizer there. Reviewed employee health. Please relocate all chemicals to the lowest possible shelf and never store them over top dishes/food contact surfaces. Ice machine is in the process of being professionally cleaned and all ice will be dumped prior to the unit being put back in use. All pre-cooked meats/products served. No leftovers fed to children.
