FOLLOW-UP TO PREVIOUS, PRE-OPENING INSPECTION OF 2/18/14. FACILITY HAS COMPLIED FULLY WITH THE REGULATION AND IS NOW APPROVED TO OPEN FOR BUSINESS. PERTINENT PERMIT WILL BE SENT TO THE OPERATOR/OWNER. ROUTINE INSPECTIONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED DURING NORMAL OPERATION.

1. A hand sink must be made available in the bar area.
2. The hood system needs to be inspected and approved by the Fire Marshal
3. Must have a contractual agreement with a "pest control " company for facility treatment.
4. All equipment must be functional and approved for use.
5. Entire facility must be cleaned and all food contact surfaces cleaned and sanitized.
6. Evidence of compliance with other governmental agencies' requirements.
7. Must have 'waste grease' removal service.
8. Contact this office for other inspections following implementation of all the above.
