    Observation: The hand washing sink faucet is leaking.
    Correction: A plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair the faucet and provide a service receipt to the Health Department with in 14 Days.

The purpose of this visit was to conduct a risk-factor assessment. Per person-in-charge, the Hobart 3-DR Upright refrigerator in kitchen is in service order and no food items are stored in the unit. Observed only beverages stored in the unit. Provide a service receipt for Hobart 3-DR Upright refrigerator unit to the Health Department with in 30 days.

The purpose of this visit was to conduct a risk factor assessment. Quaternary ammonium santizer 3 vat sink/wiping cloth bucket: 200/200 ppm. NOTE: Hobart 3 dr UR located near office had been left open for extended time immediately prior to inspection. PHF foods in this cooler determined to be out of temperature <1 hour prior to inspection. Cooler returned to required ambient temperatures in <1/2 hour. No food relocation or disposal was necessary.

The purpose of this visit is to conduct a risk factor assessment.
During the inspection the walk in freezer was being repaired. The manager moved items out of the freezer and placed into small reach in freezers. She receives food daily from central kitchen while the freezer is in repair.

    Observation: Working containers of poisonous and toxic materials are not properly labeled with a common name. OBSERVED UNLABELED CONTAINER UNDER COOKLINE.
    Correction: Label all working containers of poisonous and toxic materials, including cleaners and sanitizers, with a common name to prevent the dangerous misuse of these materials. PERSON IN CHARGE LABELED CHEMICAL CONTAINER.
