Left handout regarding proper use of time as a public health control / please maintain a proper sanitizer bucket in the grill area to store wiping clothes between use.

    Observation: Ingredients on top of pizza prep and container of cole slaw cold holding at improper temperatures.
    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Recommend ice bathing pizza ingredients (sauce and shredded cheese) / insure that ice is maintained completely around container of cole slaw.
