    Observation: The ambient (air/water) temperature measuring device (dual or degrees Fl) located in the True 1 dr Standup refrigerator in front lobby area,is not easily readable.(Broken temperature bulb).
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.Corrected on site.

    Correction: All repairs to plumbing equipmen/toilet and lines/etc. are to be in accordance with code requirments. Repair the equipment immediately..

    Correction: A food service employee shall have a valid food service card prior to working in the food service establishment. The person in charge shall not employ anyone to work in the food service establishment until they posses a valid food service card. A food service employee shall have a valid food service card while working in a food establishment.

    Correction: Obtain a Qt test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.Manager has ordered test strips).

    Observation: Incoming shipments are not being inspected routinely. (Fruit Flies)
    Correction: Routinely inspect incoming shipments. Insects and other pests are capable of transmitting disease to man by contaminating food and food-contact surfaces.Evidence of fruit flies in facility.

    Observation: Toliet in restroom missing lid, which is not maintained in good repair
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
