It is to your benefit to prechill cans of ingredients so that when they are opened and mixed together the temperature has already been decreased. Consider the prechill step. Shelf for under dishtable has been ordered to replace bare wood. Nuggets on rack were 71 F. These were going to be cooked for today's lunch. Do not pull these out until ready to place in oven. Sliced cheese was placed on counter. This was going to be used for toasted cheese sandwiches if needed. Do not place cheese at room temperature. Keep in refrigerator. PIC returned to refrigerator.
