During the follow up inspection all food handlers cards were shown. The certified managers certificate is in place. They have paid the application fees and the permit is ready to be issued.

Correction: Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. The unit is improperly holding. Evaluate the equipment and ensure it is maintaining a temperature below 41 degrees.
