Install the disposable paper towel dispenser at the front handwash station. Transfer ServSafe food manager certificates to Northern VA certified food manager cards at ORS-Interactive 6066 Leesburg Pike Unit 200-B, Falls Church, VA 22041
  • Sanitizers, Criteria/Chemicals for Food Contact Surfaces (corrected on site)
    Observation: Quaternary ammonium sanitizer solution in the wiping cloth bucket observed at a concentration >400 ppm. Product was diluted by the person in charge.
    Correction: Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940 Tolerance exemptions for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (food-contact surface sanitizing solutions). Chemical sanitizers are included with poisonous or toxic materials because they may be toxic if not used in accordance with requirements listed in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Large concentrations of sanitizer in excess of the CFR requirements can be harmful because residues of the materials remain. The CFR reference that is provided lists concentrations of sanitizers that are considered safe.

Install the toilet paper dispenser in the rest-room. Install the self-closing door mechanism on the rest-room door. Provide waste receptacles for the facility. Complete the food establishment application and submit to the health department at 2110 Washington Blvd., Suit 350 Arlington, VA 22204. Take completed food establishment profile to health department along with application. CO1500768 Approved. Recheck will be conducted in approximately 30 days.
