Please ensure that you add a door sweep to the bottom of the back door to completely seal the door from the outside. Thank you. Correction: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris to maintain a sanitary work environment and prevent pest attraction.

Observation: Observed can of bug spray that are unnecessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment stored in the establishment.
Correction: Remove all poisonous and toxic materials that are unnecessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment. The presence of these materials present an unnecessary risk to employees and consumers. Bug spray was discarded at time of inspection.
