The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine inspection. Environmental health specialist discussed active managerial control and cleaning schedule.

Observation: The door gaskets of the following unit(s) are (missing, damaged): gasket on walk-in cooler
Correction: Replace gasket on walk-in cooler.
- Equipment / Non-food Contact / Visibly Clean
Observation: The nonfood-contact surfaces of the following equipment were observed soiled with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and/or other debris: cooler used to deliver water in, storage racks, floors, walls and ceilings throughout the facility.
Correction: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris to maintain a sanitary work environment and prevent pest attraction.
- Physical Facilities Good Repair (repeated violation)
Observation: Observed that the walls in the dry storage areas have holes that are not smooth, easily cleanable and is not maintained in good repair.
Correction: Repair the holes in the wall.

The purpose of this visit is to conduct a routine inspection. There are no critical violations observed during this visit. Manager shared that the facility may undergo renovation. Please contact the Technical Review and Information Resources office (Plan Review) to submit plans for approval of the renovation.

Observation: Observed small holes in wall in the dry storagea area, near the three vat sink and on walls in various other places throughout the facility. Observed chipped floor tile in the dry storage/laundry room in the facility. Observed 1 missing ceiling tile in the bathroom.
Correction: Repair the physical facilities. Remember ceiling tiles shall be non-absorbant and cleanable in bathrooms and food prep areas and dry storage areas. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

Correction: Surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is NOT potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety food) shall be cleaned at any time when contamination may have occurred.

Observation: Observed poisonous and toxic materials that are unnecessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment stored in the establishment. motor coolant, paint thinner, lots of leftover can of paint.
Correction: Remove all poisonous and toxic materials that are unnecessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment. The presence of these materials present an unnecessary risk to employees and consumers.
