The facility is well maintained and clean. The kitchen and dining areas are well kept. The observations listed above were addressed and corrected during the time of the inspection.

    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen area.

On 10/24/2021 upon arrival in Newport news Virginia, we found we had booked and reserved our Hotel room at the wrong Days Inn in the wrong city.
After explaining to Asst. General manager (Shirley Carter) our problem, she graciously assisted us in
Correcting the situation (even though it was not her duty) and had us in our wonderful room within minutes.
Shirley was an exceptional help that helped us where no one else could or would.
Please let your head office know how valuable she is.
