Prior to opening a thermometer, (0-220 F range), is needed. Sanitizer test kit must also be present. Provided FDA form 1-B to the director. | No violations were observed during today's limited routine inspection ( the facility has not begun food service operation at this time, nor were there TCS food products available in the kitchen/food prep areas ). Currently the client/patient's meals are transported from the St. Francis facility to this site for distribution to the clients/patients. The food service operation will be managed by Morrisson personnel once the site is operable. Note: Sanitizer chemical hook-up and related chemical test kits (for monitoring of the sanitizing concentration(s)) are still pending for the three compartment warewashing sink. An Employee Health policy was also discussed with the facilities' management at this time. In addition, the Administrative Director and Director were informed to contact the Chesterfield Health Department prior to operation for an operational inspection.
