Small white refrigerator was freezing food so they adjusted temperature higher. Make sure temperature does not go too high. Make small adjustments so temperature of thermometers is around 36-37 F. No violation noted during this evaluation.

Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (repeated violation) Observation: Cold holding at improper temperatures: niether refrigerator is holding food at 41 F or below. Large white refrig - milk 44 F. Small white refrig - yogurt 43 F.
Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. Temperature in both refrigerators was lowered during inspection. Large white refrigerator had cooled down to aroung 36 F during inspection according to thermometer. PIC in the kitchen will monitor temperatures before she leaves and will move food if necessary.

Food Storage Containers - Identified with Common Name of Food (corrected on site) Observation: Unlabeled food containers. Containers of dry mix for waffles not labeled.
Correction: Label working containers with the common name of its contents. Consumers may be allergic to certain foods or ingredients. The mistaken use of an ingredient when the consumer has requested that it not be used may result in severe medical consequences. Liquid foods and granular foods may resemble cleaning compounds. The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning. Containers labeled during inspection.
Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* Observation: Cold holding at improper temperatures: refrigerators are not holding food at 41 F or below- white refrig: milk 44 F, hard boiled eggs 45 F. Other refrig: yogurt 42 F. Glass door refrig in dining area: hard boiled eggs 44 F.
Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Refrigerator temperatures turned down. They will monitor temperature of food in these units and placed food in another refrigerator if needed. Hard boiled eggs in glass door refrigerator will be discarded once breakfast is over.
Temperature Measuring Devices Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the any of the refrigerators.
Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature. Located one thermometer and placed in white refrigerator. Still need another thermometer for the glass door refrigerator and other refrigerator in the back.
