Discussed cooling methods, temperatures, and using a cooling log. Recommend adding sanitizer concentration of spray bottles to logging system. Discussed re-datemarking after freezing foods. Discussed student self service and Blue Bell ice cream recall. Tables in cafeteria are cleaned by table monitors using sanitizer and wiping cloths. Facility does not participate in a food sharing program. Facility also houses one head start classroom with 17 children, and 2 preschool classes with 15 children.
