The facility serves pool guests pre-packaged items and hot dogs and pizza. *A 3 Bay sink is installed but there are no other sinks present, and this should be remedied before next year. -Please add a small hand sink and a mop/utility sink for the facility -Please provide a metal stem thermometer, bleach, test strips, and an air drying space for dishes -Remember-No Bare Hand Contact with Ready to Eat Food -Wash/Rinse/Sanitize all food contact surfaces and utensils every 4 hours or when needed, and have plenty of extra utensils -There is a commercial hot temperature dish machine also available if needed at the main Parks and Rec complex.
