No food in the facility. The facility used primarily as a staging kitchen for catered events. Food are prepared in the Pavilion Commissary and taken to the Catering Pavilion for events. Food is normally served buffet style and either hot or cold held on the line. All cooking equipment has been removed. Food walk in cooler and walk in freezer were turned off at the time of the inspection. Beverage walk in cooler is in use. PIC did state that for a large event in September, 2 fryers will be moved into the facility and used to reheat commercially pre-cooked chicken for the event.
