Observation: The housing for the on-off switches of the garbage grinder (a nonfood contact surface) has accumulations of grime and debris. Wall in vicinity of this switch also noted in need of cleaning.
Correction: Clean these surfaces as frequently as necessary, to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
