This is a pre-opening inspection prior to official camp opening. New renovations planned for the trading post are an HVAC system as well as a hood for the pizza oven. Renovations of the floors, walls, and ceilings took place last year. No evidence of rodent activity. Make sure to wash, rinse, and sanitize all food contact surfaces before camp begins.

    Observation: Unnecessary poisonous or toxic materials found in the food establishment. Pesticides found in the facility.
