Facility will be leased to a Community Service Organization for the Spring/Summer/Early Fall of 2015. Pool will not be operated. RIC temperatures to be adjusted. (to below 41 degrees F) Facility will obtain an appproved for foodservice sanitozer (chlorine, bromine, or quaternary ammonium product, w/ appropriate test kit or test strips). Small wooden tables in kitchen area are to be removed. May replace with tables or shelves which meet the definition of smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable. Facility (tenant/occupant agency) will hire a trained food safety manager, or have facility staff trained in food safety. No violation noted during this evaluation.
