Discussed some needed maintenance. The booster for the dishwasher is not working, so the dishwasher is not in use and single use articles used for the service of the meal. Discussed gaskets on refrigeration unit, person in charge stated that light can be seen coming around the door in the walk-in freezer and she has requested new gaskets for the Traulsen unit.
