| The puEmployees purpose of today's visit was to conduct a risk factor assessment inspection. Observed proper use of Time as a Public Health Control. Manager able to discuss requirements of the Employee Health Policy. Employees observed assigned to specific duties and were observed to be well prepared for conducting those specific tasks. Observed proper handwashing techniques and all handsinks were fully stocked. The sanitizer in the three vat sink (sanitize basin) measured within acceptable limits. Facility has a test kit. | The purpose of this visit is to conduct a first routine inspection since a change of ownership. In addition to this visit a complaint inspection was completed. The details for the complaint can be located under the complaint inspection. Thank you for following me through the inspection as it allows me to clarify any issues or answer any questions that arise during the inspection. Observations today included: Employee health policy was in place. The manager was observed using Time as a Public Health Control properly during today's visit for tomatoes, and cheese (TCS foods) and other non-TCS foods. Observed one employee wash hands using proper technique. Sanitizer in the sanitize basin of the three vat sink measured at an acceptable level. Manager has test kit for measuring the sanitizer solution. Potentially hazardous food (TCS) temperatures/processes measured within acceptable limits. Items elevated off floor at least 6 inches, on approved shelving in dry storage area. Thank you. If you have any questions, please call the health department at 703-246-2444.
