    Observation: The handwash station near the prep tables is being used for purposes other than washing hands. Dirty pan in this hand sink.
    Correction: The handwash facility identified above is to be used for washing hands only. Dirty pan removed from hand sink during inspection.
  • Light Bulbs Protective Shielding (repeated violation)
    Observation: Light bulb in produce walk-in refrigerator is not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant. No end caps on one of the lights.
    Correction: Shield or replace light bulb with a coated or shatter-resistant bulb.
