Note: Recommendations: 1) Install doors on front of service counter, 2) Install dunnage racks inside service counter, 3) Add ashelf on the existing wire shelving unit, 4) Install additional shelves in the upright cooler & upright freezer, Add wall shelves 5) Move prep table with pizza oven next to front counter, 2) Move prep table with hot dog grill to corner (relocate tanks belween table).
Note: HWH AO Smith BT 80-231 propane 68 GPH recovery.

    Observation: No thermometers in prep cooler or top-loading freezer.
    Correction: Provide thermometers in the prep cooler & top-loading freezer.
  • Cooling, Heating, and Holding Capacities
    Observation: Howard McCray 1-door upright freezer broken.
    Correction: Repair freezer, or keep Frigidaire top-loading freezer and remove broken freezer..
  • Equipment - Fixed Equipment, Elevation or Sealing
    Observation: The Star warmer has been installed on a counter with installing legs. This is a cleaning hazard.
    Correction: Install approved legs at least 4" on the warmer.

    Observation: The top-loading freezer is not elevated off the floor. A cleaning hazard exists.
    Correction: Install castors or approved 6" legs on the top-loading freezer.

    Correction: Clean the microwave oven at least every 24 hours as needed.

    Observation: Dead ceiling light lamps in dishwashing, prep / service counter, women's restroom, & mop closet.
    Correction: Replace dead ceiling light lamps.
