Facility construction is complete. With exception of one walk-in refrigerator all refrigeration equipment is operating at or below 41 degrees F. The door of one of the walk-in refrigerators had been open for approximately 15 minutes prior to my arrival, at the time I arrived the temperature was 52 degrees F and has only recovered by a couple of degrees after more than an hour. In addition foods stored in the walk-in refrigerator have don't been maintained at 41 degrees F or below. In addition to addressing the walk-in refrigerator, the Building Official must issue a Certificate of Occupancy for the facility prior to the issuance of a VDH Food Establishment permit. Please contact me when these tasks have been completed. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 09/15/2014 | Routine | |
