Very clean and organized kitchen. Three compartment sink and wiping cloth buckets setup properly and at the correct sanitizing concentration. Excellent hot holding and cold holding temperatures. Employees were observed wearing and changing gloves and washing their hands when necessary. Discussion about time as a public health control and food flow process for pizzas. Keep up the great work!
