| A follow up inspection was conducted this morning to verify and assess cold holding capacity of the walk in refrigerator . It was observed that the walk in had been repaired and was holding at an ambient temperature of 32 F. Potentially hazardous food were checked and found to be between 39 F and 41 F in this refrigerator. Receipts were provided to document the repair. Also observed facility had food thermometers present. All noted items requiring immediate correction have been corrected at this visit.
