    Observation: Observed that containers of poisonous and toxic materials do not bear have legible manufacturer's labels. BLEACH SPRAY BOTTLE WAS NOT LABELED.
    Correction: All containers of poisonous and toxic materials shall bear a legible manufacturer's label to prevent accidental contamination of food and food contact surfaces.

    Observation: The nonfood-contact surface of the following equipment is not corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and/or smooth: TOILET SEAT IN GIRLS BATHROOM STALL.
    Correction: Non-food contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other foods that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

    Observation: Ventilation is not sufficient to keep rooms free of excessive obnoxious odors. BOYS BATHROOM HAS A NO FUNCTIONING EXHAUST FAN.
    Correction: Provide mechanical ventilation at a sufficient capacity to minimize soiling of walls, ceilings, and equipment
