  • Jewelry - Prohibition (corrected on site)
    Observation: One of the foodservice workers, while working in the kitchen, was wearing a ring with stones on one finger.
    Correction: We do not allow any rings to be worn on the fingers, while working with foods, except one plain wedding band. No rings with stones, or with hard to clean surfaces. This is true even while wearing the disposable gloves. This violation was immediately corrected by the establishment management.

  • Critical: Food - Packaged and Unpackaged - Separation, Packaging, and Segregation* (corrected on site)
    Observation: In the walk-in refrigerator, (unpasteurized) shell eggs were being stored above precooked sausages, in plastic packaging.
    Correction: Shell eggs (unpasteurized) always need to be store below, and well segregated from, all precooked, and ready-to-eat foods. This violation was immediately corrected by the establishment management.
